A Palestinian man was shot and killed by an Israeli settler within the West Bank on Saturday, the Palestinian Ministry of Well being mentioned, naming him as Mithqal Suleiman Abdel Halim Rayan, 27.

The ministry mentioned he was shot within the head in Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit, within the north of the occupied West Financial institution.
