The U.S. has formally decided that Russia has dedicated “crimes towards humanity” in its war with Ukraine, Vice President Kamala Harris stated Saturday, including that Washington is “troubled that Beijing had deepened its relationship with Moscow” because the invasion.

Talking on the Munich Safety Convention in Germany, Harris stated, “Now we have examined the proof. We all know the authorized requirements. And there’s no doubt. These are crimes towards humanity.”
