Police in Colorado arrested a person in connection to a capturing that left a 12-year-old lifeless and a 14-year-old injured on Saturday.
Rolando Felipe, 18, was arrested Saturday night time at round 10:30p.m. and charged with one depend of homicide within the first diploma and one depend of tried homicide within the first diploma, in response to a news release.
