An unattended 2-year-old starved after his father died at their upstate New York home earlier this year, authorities stated Tuesday.
David Conde Sr., 59, and David Conde Jr., 2, have been found dead Feb. 15 of their condo in Geneva, which is about 45 miles southeast of Rochester and 55 miles southwest of Syracuse.
The daddy died naturally from “heart problems,” based on an announcement from the Ontario County Sheriff’s Division.
The toddler’s explanation for loss of life was hunger, and the way was dominated to be unintentional, the sheriff stated.
“It’s believed that Mr. Conde handed away first, and the kid was not capable of receive any nourishment after his father handed,” the sheriff concluded.
The pair have been final seen alive Jan. 22, and investigators have said there have been no indicators of pressured entry or foul play contained in the condo.
