The US navy shot down another high-altitude object over Lake Huron on Sunday afternoon, in keeping with a US official and a congressional supply briefed on the matter.
A second US official stated the takedown of the unidentified object was “on the route” of President Joe Biden.

Democratic Rep. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan said Sunday that the operation to down the item over Lake Huron was carried out by pilots from the US Air Power and the Nationwide Guard.
“Nice work by all who carried out this mission each within the air and again at headquarters. We’re all thinking about precisely what this object was and it’s objective,” she stated in a tweet.
Republican Rep. Jack Bergman of Michigan additionally confirmed the operation Sunday, tweeting, “The US navy has decommissioned one other ‘object’ over Lake Huron.”
“I admire the decisive motion by our fighter pilots,” he stated.
